Course descriptions, prices, schedules, and learning outcomes are provided for educational planning. They do not promise a particular creative, professional, commercial, or financial result.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully, avoid interfering with its operation, respect other users, and not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse site content or systems.
4. Accounts and demonstrations
The sign-in and registration interfaces are demonstration modals unless a separate written enrollment service says otherwise. Catalog tracking and cart values are stored locally in your browser.
5. Orders and payment
The current cart confirmation is a front-end demonstration and does not process payment, create an enrollment contract, or transmit payment credentials. Any future paid service will present separate purchase terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Crystalbloom Floristry Institute name, written content, course structures, interface design, and related materials belong to Crystalbloom or its licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial learning unless written permission allows otherwise.
7. Third-party links and availability
We are not responsible for external services or content linked from the site. We may update, suspend, or remove site features to maintain quality, security, or compliance.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, Crystalbloom is not liable for indirect losses arising from site use, browser storage, unavailable content, or reliance on educational information.
